Lexus released a stronger and more comfortable version of the NX crossover

One of the most notable additions is the introduction of an all-terrain package designed for off-road enthusiasts. Improvements include better handling, increased ride comfort, new color options and more standard equipment.  While not as extreme as the GX, the Over Trail package offers valuable equipment for those who venture off-road. In particular, new 18-inch light-alloy wheels with high-terrain tires improve off-road performance.  In addition, the ground clearance has been increased by 15 mm, and the adaptive adjustable Overtrail suspension has a special setting to minimize vibrations on rough terrain.  Lexus NX350 Overtrail  On the outside, the NX350 stands out with black accents that complement the newly introduced Moon Desert body color. In the interior, the exclusive combination of monolith and black color is emphasized by stylish wooden inserts on the door cards.  The overtrail package is available on the NX350 (2.4-liter non-electric), NX350h (2.5-liter HEV) and NX450h+ (2.5-liter PHEV) models without a powertrain change.  In addition to introducing an off-road version, Lexus engineers have carefully tuned the NX's suspension to improve handling precision and ride comfort. Struts have been added to the chassis to increase overall stiffness and contribute to a more refined driving experience.  In particular, the all-wheel drive models have been improved off-road, and the NX350, NX350h and NX450h+ have improved performance. The 2024 models also feature improved NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) performance, which reduces engine noise penetrating the cabin.   Lexus NX350 overtrail  Tech upgrades are also part of the 2024 improvements, with the NX450h+ now coming standard with a 14-inch infotainment touchscreen, replacing the 9.8-inch screen fitted to the NX250 and NX350h. An illuminated tailgate handle, two additional USB-C ports on the center console and a visible VIN plate on the windshield are now standard on all models.  In F Sport trim, full-LED headlights with adaptive high beam appeared on the NX350 and NX350h models, while new optional features such as a panoramic roof were introduced on the NX450h+ based on customer requests.  The Lexus NX2024 is now available for order in Japan, where customers can experience a combination of performance, off-road capabilities and advanced equipment.
